Thank you for choosing Luxury Decorations to celebrate your special occasion. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our terms and conditions below:

1. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders should be placed at least 48 hours in advance for small arrangements and 1–2 weeks in advance for large installations.
  • Same-day service may be available depending on our schedule. Please contact us via WhatsApp to check availability. Rush fees apply for last-minute requests.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before your event. 

2. Delivery and Pickup

  • We provide delivery and installation throughout Aruba. Delivery fees vary based on location.
  • For pickups, please visit us at Avenida Milio Croes 116 #3 and schedule a time in advance. Make sure your vehicle has enough space for safe transport. We are not responsible for damage after pickup.
  • If no one is present at the delivery location within 20 minutes of our arrival, we may leave, and full payment will still apply.

3. Balloon Care and Safety

  • Air-filled designs (arches, garlands): last approx. 5–7 days indoors.
  • Helium-filled balloons: latex lasts 12–24 hours; foil/mylar lasts 5–7 days indoors.
  • Keep balloons away from heat, direct sunlight, sharp objects, and air conditioner vents.
  • Balloons can pop or deflate in Aruba’s climate. We are not responsible for issues after delivery or setup.
  • Never inhale helium. It is dangerous and can cause serious health complications.

4. Outdoor Installations

  • Weather conditions in Aruba (heat, wind, humidity) can affect balloons. We cannot guarantee outdoor balloon longevity.
  • If bad weather is expected, please notify us 36 hours in advance to reschedule. If no backup plan is arranged, full payment still applies.

5. Installation and Rentals

  • We handle installation with care but are not responsible for damage to walls, floors, or surfaces during setup.
  • All rented items (arches, stands, backdrops) must be returned the following day and in good condition. We will arrange pickup. 
  • Tear-down is available for an additional fee unless rentals are included in your package. 
  • Please do not move the decor once installed, as it may cause damage.
  • Balloons can be affected by temperature changes, wind, and sunlight, which can cause them to deflate, pop, or become discolored. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery or installation.

6. Media and Photography

  • We may post photos of your decoration on our social media. If you prefer not to have photos shared, please let us know when booking.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • To cancel or reschedule, please notify us in writing via WhatsApp or email.
  • Cancellations made 3 business days before the event may be credited for a future booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable. 
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the event require full payment.
  • We reserve the rights to cancel your installation or delivery if, on the scheduled day, no one is present at the designated location within 20 minutes of our arrival, due to our need to attend to other scheduled installations.
