Yes! We have a fully stocked balloon supply store and helium services available for anyone, DIY decorators, professional balloon artists , or anyone needing last-minute party essentials. You’re welcome to come in, browse, and get what you need. Visit us at Avenida Milio Croes 116 #.

Absolutely! We offer delivery and setup across Aruba. Fees vary based on your location, but we will confirm everything before booking.

Sometimes, yes! Same-day orders depend on availability, so contact us as early as possible. Rush fees may apply, but we’ll always try to help!

Here’s a quick guide:

• Air-filled designs (arches, garlands): about 5–7 days indoors. They can actually last several weeks especially if kept in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Helium-filled balloons: latex lasts 12-24 hours; foil/mylar balloons can last last 5-7 days (indoors)
  Pro tip: Keep balloons away from heat, direct sunlight, and sharp objects for maximum lifespan.

Yes! Custom colors, names, messages, you name it. Just let us know your ideas when you order.

Great question! Here’s what to do:

• Do NOT release balloons outdoors—it’s harmful to the environment and dangerous near power lines.
• Pop and discard latex balloons in a trash bin (we only use biodegradable latex balloons).
• Foil and Mylar balloons can be recycled.

Note: Never inhale helium, it’s extremely dangerous.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your date and the remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. Deposits are non-refundable since we begin prepping right away.

Yes, but here’s how it works:

• Cancel at least 3 business days before your event in writing (WhatsApp or email).
• Deposits are non-refundable but can be credited for a future event.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of the event, the full balance will still apply.

Although this is unlikely, bad weather can happen sometimes in Aruba. Please contact us 36 hours in advance if weather looks bad to reschedule. If no backup plan is arranged and we don’t hear from you, full payment will still apply.

Yes! If you’d like us to remove everything after your event, we offer a tear-down service for an additional fee. If you rented props or backdrops, this fee is included.

No, sorry! We only use our own professional-quality balloons to ensure the best results and durability. This also applies to inflating helium balloons at our store.

Installation is free for simple constructions like balloon and flower bouquets but applies to arches and backdrops. The installation fee may vary depending on decoration complexity.

Early/late fee applies for deliveries before 8 AM or after 8 PM. Last-minute orders incur a rush fee determined individually.
